HECTOR BARRAGAN
CO-FOUNDER
Hector Barragan is the Co-Owner of Attic Armor Insulation, bringing a professional background rooted in real estate, property inspections, customer service, and relationship building.
Hector began his career in real estate, becoming a Realtor in 2016. Working closely with buyers, sellers, homeowners, and other real estate professionals gave him firsthand experience with one of the most important decisions people make—the place they call home. Through those experiences, Hector developed a strong understanding of residential properties while also learning the importance of communication, trust, and putting people first.
His experience in real estate eventually led him to expand his knowledge of homes beyond the transaction itself. In 2024, Hector launched Revival Home Inspections, where his focus on attention to detail and excellence became an important part of the way he serves homeowners. His inspection work requires him to evaluate major components of a property, including roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural components, and attic insulation, and communicate those findings clearly so clients can make informed decisions.
Throughout his career, Hector has remained committed to a simple principle: connections over transactions.
For him, business has never been only about completing the next deal or project. It's about understanding the person on the other side, earning their trust, and creating relationships that continue long after the work is finished.
That same mindset helped shape his role in Attic Armor.
Hector brings a unique perspective to the company through his experience in both real estate and home inspections. He understands homes from the perspective of the buyer, the homeowner, the real estate professional, and the inspector—giving him an appreciation for how quality workmanship can affect not only a property, but the people who live in it.
He also brings a commitment to excellence. Whether inspecting a property, working alongside another professional, or serving an Attic Armor customer, Hector believes that how the work is performed matters just as much as the final result.
Today, he brings together his knowledge of homes, real estate experience, inspection background, attention to detail, and ability to build genuine relationships as part of Attic Armor's leadership.
For Hector, success isn't measured only by the number of projects completed. It's measured by the trust built along the way and the standard of excellence left behind.
Whether working with a homeowner, Realtor, general contractor, builder, or business partner, his approach remains simple:
Build relationships. Serve with excellence. Earn trust. Deliver with purpose.

JUAN CERDA
CO-FOUNDER
Juan Cerda is the Co-Owner of Attic Armor Insulation, bringing a professional background built around operations, leadership, business development, sales, and most importantly—people.
Before Attic Armor, Juan spent nearly a decade in the food distribution industry, where he developed extensive experience in warehouse operations and management. He led teams, managed day-to-day operations, maintained safety and performance standards, solved operational challenges, and learned how to execute in environments where accountability and consistency mattered every day.
Juan later transitioned into business development and consulting, working directly with business owners and decision-makers across multiple industries. Sitting across the table from owners gave him a different perspective on business. Behind every company, project, and transaction were real people with real challenges.
He learned to listen first, understand the problem, earn people's trust, and build relationships that extended beyond a single transaction.
Those conversations eventually became a turning point.
Juan saw how easily business could become focused solely on numbers, transactions, and the next sale—while the people being served became secondary. He knew he wanted to build something different: a business where relationships still mattered, where the work solved a real problem, and where you could see the impact you made for the customer.
That vision helped lead him to the insulation and construction industry—and ultimately to Attic Armor.
Rather than approaching the industry solely from the business side, Juan committed himself to learning the trade from the ground up through industry education, specialized training, and hands-on learning. His focus includes insulation systems, attic evaluations, estimating, material calculations, installation practices, safety, and project operations.
Today, he brings those two worlds together: years of experience in leadership, operations, problem-solving, and relationship building with a growing technical foundation in insulation.
For Juan, doing the job right and taking care of the person behind the project are not two separate things.
Whether he’s sitting at a kitchen table with a homeowner or across the table from a general contractor, builder, or commercial partner, his approach remains the same:
Listen. Understand. Build trust. Then deliver.
